Demolition is quoted from photos and confirmed by a person, because a 6x8 metal shed and a 12x16 wood shed with a floor are very different jobs.

Do you remove the concrete pad?
We can. Concrete is priced by weight, so include a photo of the pad.
How much does shed removal cost?
A small metal shed usually lands around $219. Big wood sheds vary a lot, so a person confirms the price from your photos before we book the time.
Do I need a permit to tear down a shed?
Usually not for a small backyard shed, but check with your city if it has power or plumbing run to it. Those lines need to be disconnected first.
Will you take down a fence?
Yes, sections of fence and small decks. Include a photo of the whole run.

How it works

- We take it down, load every piece and pull nails and screws from the ground.
- Metal gets recycled. Wood and the rest go to the transfer station.
