Mattress removal

Old mattresses and box springs are awkward, heavy and most curbside pickups won't take them. We will, along with the frame and headboard.

What we take

  • Mattresses of any size
  • Box springs and foundations
  • Bed frames and headboards
  • Futons and sleeper sofas
  • Crib mattresses

How it's priced

Single-item price for the first piece, plus $25 per mattress or box spring. Utah transfer stations charge a steep per-ton rate for mattresses, and that's the pass-through.

Before we arrive

  • Strip the bedding.
  • Lean it against a wall near the door if you can do it safely. If not, we'll get it.

Questions

Do you recycle mattresses?

When a recycler near us is taking them, yes. Otherwise they go to the transfer station, which is why the per-piece charge exists.

How it works

  1. Snap a photo of the mattress where it is now.
  2. See your price and pick a two-hour window.
  3. We carry it out, along with the frame and headboard if you want them gone.
  4. It goes to a mattress recycler when one near us is accepting them, or to the transfer station.

Where it goes

Mattresses are bulky and expensive to dispose of, which is why most curbside pickups won't take them. The $25 per piece covers the disposal cost so it isn't hidden somewhere else in the price.

Where we do mattress removal
