Estate and move-out cleanouts

Clearing out a parent's home or a rental after a move is a lot. We handle it room by room, keep what you mark, donate what's usable and haul the rest.

What we take

  • Whole-home and partial cleanouts
  • Rental and eviction trash-outs
  • Pre-listing cleanouts for realtors
  • Storage unit cleanouts
  • Hoarding cleanouts (quoted in person)

How it's priced

Whole-home jobs are usually one to three full trailers. We quote from photos of each room and confirm on a short walk-through if it's a big one.

Before we arrive

  • Mark keepers with tape or sticky notes.
  • Pull personal papers and valuables before we arrive.
  • Tell us about stairs and parking.

How it works

  1. Mark what's staying with tape or sticky notes, and pull papers and valuables.
  2. Send photos of each room, or we'll do a short walk-through for a big house.
  3. We work room by room and keep anything you set aside.
  4. Usable furniture and household goods get donated first.

Where it goes

Estates usually have a lot of usable furniture and household goods, so we drop those at Deseret Industries or Habitat for Humanity ReStore before anything goes to the transfer station.
